The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will resume hearing the case of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav at The Hague today. India will argue first in the hearing today while Pakistan will make its closing submissions on Thursday.
Earlier, Pakistan submitted its reply against a petition by New Delhi in the top UN Court demanding return of Jadhav.
Jadhav was arrested in March 2016 after he illegally and clandestinely entered Pakistan from Iranian territory. Identifying himself as an Indian Navy officer and spy agency RAW operative, Jadhav confessed crimes of espionage and terrorism against Pakistan.
