African Union’s envoy to Sudan Mohamed al-Hassan Lebatt has said that a report on the country’s transition period will be presented in two weeks.
The envoy said adequate measures will be taken after studying the report.
Mohamed al-Hassan Lebatt expressed optimism for the success of talks between protest leaders and military rulers.
Meanwhile, Sudan’s military council has said it will publish its views for the transition period.
A political crisis has gripped the country since the removal of former President Omar al-Bashir by the military on April 11th.
